Hemorrhoid Laser Surgery

Wednesday, February 4th, 2009

Hemorrhoids are a very common medical condition, with nearly 50% of adults having experienced them at some point during their lives. There areĀ  many treatment options available, and new ones are being developed all the time. One of the newer treatment options is hemorrhoid laser surgery.

Laser surgery treatment for hemorrhoids is a technique that allows a skilled surgeon to use a laser with pinpoint accuracy to literally vaporize a hemorrhoid until it’s gone. This may sound very painful, but it’s actually quite the opposite.

First of all, the laser allows for complete accuracy, so only the hemorrhoid itself is damaged. Also, the laser has a natural cauterizing effect to any wounds, so there is very little healing necessary. There also should not be very much pain, if any at all. There should not even be any blood at all during the procedure, and usually no hospital stay is required.

A study conducted found that this type of laser hemorrhoid treatment had a 98% success rate, which makes it one of the most effective methods for treating hemorrhoids.

The major downside of hemorrhoid laser surgery is the cost. This surgical procedure is going to cost more than other methods of hemorrhoid treatment, such as the far less expensive method of band ligation. Also, there are always risks with any surgical procedure

I personally think there are much better ways of getting rid of your hemorrhoids. I was able to completely eliminate my hemorrhoids using only completely natural methods, and it cost me far less than a laser surgery would have. Click here to discover how I got rid of my hemorrhoids.

External Hemroid Treatment

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

External hemroid treatment is something that a lot of people are looking for, and some are just plain embarrassed to talk with a doctor about treatment options. Actually hemroid is a misspelling of hemorrhoid, but it’s a strange word anyway, isn’t it? If you are suffering from external hemorrhoids, it is important to realize that there are effective treatment options available.

There are 2 types of hemorrhoids, internal and external. Internal hemorrhoids are basically what they sound like, hemorrhoids which are located internally, inside the rectum. External hemorrhoids are on the outer part ofthe anus, and are visible to anyone brave enough to look.

Treatment of external hemroids is a little different, because of the location. When the hemorrhoid is located externally it is less likely to be irritated by things such as bowel movements passing by, but more likely to be irritated by excessive wiping after a bowel movement.

A doctor will be able to treat your external hemorrhoids with something such as band ligation. This is a process where the doctor literally places a rubber band around the base of the hemorrhoid, cutting off it’s circulation until it eventually falls off. This is a very effective treatment, although it can be uncomfortable or even painful if the band is too tight.

Fortunately, there are better methods of external hemroid treatment available. I was able to completely get rid of my hemorrhoids for good, and they have never returned. Click here to learn how I eliminated my external hemorrhoids.

Treatment Of Hemorrhoid – How To Get Rid Of Hemorrhoids

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

Hemorrhoids are a very serious problem that a lot of people struggle with on a daily basis. Since many people are embarrassed to talk about their hemorrhoids with a doctor, they either simply ignore the problem and hope it will go away, or they try to find a solution on their own. Well, I hate to say this but ignoring hemorrhoids is not going to make them go away. In fact, they will probably get worse over time unless you make some changes to your life. Fortunately, treatment of hemorrhoid symptoms is not as difficult as many people imagine it to be.

There are some very simple things you can do in order to help alleviate the symptoms of your hemorrhoids and cause them to shrink over time. One of these things is to avoid sitting for long periods of time, as this puts pressure on the rectal area and can make hemorrhoids worse. Another thing you can do is make some changes to your diet. Consuming more fiber and keeping well hydrated will go a long way in keeping hemorrhoid symptoms at a minimum.

Many people don’t realize that straining when making bowel movements is a major factor which contributes to hemorrhoids. Being mindful of this, and making the dietary changes outlined above will help you pass your bowel movements more easily and put less strain on the blood vessels surrounding your hemorrhoids.

If these quick treatment of hemorrhoid tips aren’t enough for you, then you may want to read my full story on how I was able to completely get rid of my hemorrhoids once and for all, and they’ve never returned.
