Thrombosed External Hemorrhoids – Cure Them Easily

Friday, May 29th, 2009

In case that you found yourself dealing with thrombosed external hemorrhoids in the past, you probably heard about lots of products that promise much but can’t live up to it. Such things that come to mind are for example donut pillows, suppositories and cortisone creams that can be quite dear. When looking to treat your thrombosed external hemorrhoids, you can forget about the ones I’ve listed below:

>>>Suppositories
…are normally nothing but a waste of your time because they seem to float too far up the rectum to have a measurable effect.

>>>Cortisone Lotions
…can support you in soothing the hemorrhoid pain, but only momentarily.

>>>Donut Cushions
…don’t do much more than looking weird. And they aren’t too easy to handle either.

By now you should be asking yourself: What will actually relieve my thombosed external hemorrhoids?

>>>Making Use Of Witch Hazel
This can definitely work wonders thrombosed external hemorrhoids. Witch hazel is used to shrink down the veins around the rectum and make them contract. You can easily apply it with a cotton ball.

>>>Doing A Sitz Bath
On one hand, the warm water helps in soothing the burning sensation and pain while on the other hand it increases the flow of blood to the area, which helps with shrinking the swollen veins, therefore delivering relief for hemorrhoids. If you do this regularly, your thrombosed external hemorrhoids will thank you!

>>>Use Special Toilet Paper
Secret hint: use facial tissues coated with moisturizing cream. They might not count for toilet paper, but definitely offer the most hemorrhoid-friendly backside wipe on the market :)

These things should trigger some ideas and get you started quickly. Personally, I experienced these things to help my thrombosed external hemorrhoids.

If you’re interested in my own story, I can tell you that I had quite serious problems with hemorrhoids for about 2 years and were annoyed by thrombosed external hemorrhoids for 3 months. I honestly tested lots of different products but these were only temporary solutions and wouldn’t help me with curing my hemorrhoids. I wanted to stop wasting my time any longer with such “solutions” so I started searching the internet for a longterm method.

The only way to get rid of my thrombosed external hemorrhoids was a surgery. However, as I’ve also found out, this wouldn’t cure them forever because they would come back after a few months! So I didn’t consider this to be an option anymore either.

Nothing would work. Surprisingly, a friend of mine dealing with thrombosed external hemorrhoids as well gave me some really good advice that in the end made my hemorrhoids go away forever! No more surgery, donut pillows and cortisone lotions that would toxify my body and only deliver short term relief.

As I had family members suffering from thrombosed external hemorrhoids as well, I recommended it to them and absolutely all of them were impressed. Now I want you to know this great advice as well!

If you finally want to cure your hemorrhoids once and for all, make sure to go to MyBestHemorrhoidsCure.com to find out how!

Fast Hemorrhoid Relief

Tuesday, May 26th, 2009

Painful Hemorrhoids, if you don’t know, are awful. Nothing good about them. Hemorrhoids are enlarged (and frequently painful) veins in the anal/rectal area, much like varicose veins. Varicose veins are those large, spidery veins seen usually in the lower legs, which are caused by genetic weakness of the vein walls, excessive pressure within the veins, excessive standing and/or damage due to inflammation. Bleeding hemorrhoids are extremely disruptive to everyday life, and simply halt many activities.

Most women and men have “potential” hemorrhoids; they are lying in wait for aggravation. Pregnancy, a low-fiber diet,(resulting in straining on the stool), prolonged sitting or standing (particularly on hard surfaces), stress, irritability, and excessive physical exertion are additional aggravators.

The main culprit in hemorrhoid development is our terrible, American diet. Sugar, primarily. Sugar causes inflammation,
and is a constant problem if not controlled. In many cases, the elimination of sugar alone cures hemorrhoids (or stops their
nagging pain). Hemorrhoids are further worsened by “drying” foods and beverages, such as sodas, alcohol, and strangely enough,
vegetables like potatoes, broccoli and lettuce (in excess). The dryer hemorrhoids are, the more hateful they are. Castor
oil has proven to be one of the best home remedies, as it addresses this condition directly and naturally (the dryness).

There is often the question, “How do I know if I have hemorrhoids?” Some of the symptoms are itching, burning, pain and inflammation in and around the rectal area, and/or bleeding (bright blood on the tissue after defecation). Hemorrhoids can get progressively worse, going from mere irritation to the emergency room. Once they prolapse (fall outside of the rectum), hemorrhoids quickly fill with blood, like little water balloons. If they are aggravated further by gravity (excessive standing, for example) the extreme pain really begins.

There is a natural “deflation” that occurs when the hemorrhoids are persuaded to go back inside the rectum. They don’t generally go alone, so they’ll need some assistance. After the morning gripping of the toilet, the hemorrhoids and rectal area should be cleaned, warm, and moistened. If they are dry, they are likely to burst upon touching. A “pinching” motion is best (from the bottom of the hemorrhoid). A sitz bath is also recommended for bleeding hemorrhoids. Sit in a shallow bath at about 102 degrees for 10-15 minutes. This quickly aids in relief and reduction of inflammation. If they burst, there is more you can do.

Bleeding hemorrhoids need special attention, if you want to treat them yourself. The bleeding must be stopped, first. Topical and oral Vitamin K are the best coagulators. If you take a couple of Vitamin K, plus apply the liquid on the hemorrhoids themselves, the bleeding will quickly cease. Once again, they are also less painful if they are pushed inside the rectum, even if bleeding. The pain will be rather intense when you do this, but only briefly. You don’t have a prayer if they are left outside the rectum to “expand”.

There are many pharmaceutical, over-the-counter and natural remedies on the market to relieve the pain of hemorrhoids, tons of them in fact.
Most don’t work. I tried one prescription of “Proctosol”, and it practically burned me a new one. That is what you’ll get with
most synthetic concoctions; temporary relief, followed by more pain

To get the safest hemorrhoid relief, you should do the following. Do them all if you can:

Stop eating sugar, now, today. You’ll see a difference in less than 24 hours.
Take 1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil daily (for the dryness)
Drink 8-16 ounces of aloe vera juice daily (best anti-inflammatory)
If you have a sedentary lifestyle, start walking 30 minutes each day
Take the following natural supplements: Rutin, Bilberry, Horse Chestnut, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Butcher’s Broom, Ginseng, and/or Astragalus. There are others, but these are the most effective.
Take 2 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar each day
Don’t eat ice or ice cream
Change your diet; Drink 8 glasses of water each day, lots of organic whole grains, legumes and non-drying vegetables
More chicken, fish and turkey can also be beneficial (due to their oil content)

However, if you do all of the above and your condition doesn’t improve, a proctologist should be seen. They generally recommend lancing (slicing) in the case of swollen, inflamed hemorrhoids (which is a painful procedure, indeed). Not recommended. The pain afterwards is off the charts. Allopathic doctors also prescribe creams, which contain far too many toxins for my taste.

Being a former hemorrhoid sufferer, I use all of the above. It controls hemorrhoids completely. Once you have, or have had hemorrhoids, you have to remain constantly careful in what you consume, as “wrong diet” is mainly responsible.

The Main Discussion About Morning Sickness Causes And Cures

Sunday, May 17th, 2009

Morning sickness is often the first sign of pregnancy, as it can start as early as 2 weeks after conception. Despite the name, the sufferer can feel ill at any time of the day, although as an empty stomach is thought to be one of the triggers then mornings are a common time for it to appear.

Not every pregnant woman will experience morning sickness, although most do to some degree, and it can vary from a feeling of mild nausea or queasiness ranging up to feeling truly dreadful and unable to keep any food or liquids down. The severity of the effects seems to be greatest in women with a history of migraine or travel sickness.

It’s not known exactly what causes it, but most doctors agree that the changes in hormone levels that pregnancy triggers are the most major factor. One of the effects of these hormones is to change the way your digestive system works, which can lead to higher levels of acid.

Another possible cause is that many women experience a heightened sense of taste and smell while pregnant, which can make nausea feel worse when unpleasant or strong odours are around.

Finally, tiredness and stress play a part, and most pregnant women are tired and stressed a lot of the time!

Morning sickness can occur over the full range of your pregnancy, but most women find that it more or less disappears by around 14 weeks as hormone levels in the body stabilise.

There are dozens and dozens of traditional ‘cures’ for the feelings of nausea, with every mother having an opinion on the subject! The fact is that every woman’s body is different and so no single thing will work for everyone. However, there are some simple things to try which can help most feel better.

As previously mentioned, an empty stomach can be a cause, so snack little and often to keep hunger at bay, and keep a couple of biscuits by your bed for if you wake up during the night.

Sucking on an ice cube can help, as can fizzy drinks. Fresh ginger is reputed to calm the stomach, so making a tea from crushed root ginger or even chewing on a piece can be worth a try.

Remedies for travel sickness can also help, so it might be worth trying the magnetic wristbands you can buy, but you should never take any medication while pregnant without consulting your doctor.

Morning sickness is a natural part of pregnancy and will not harm your baby in any way, but in severe cases you may be unable to keep any food or fluids down and if this continues you could become dehydrated, which is very dangerous for your baby. If your urine starts to become very dark in colour this is a sign that your fluid levels are too low, and you should speak to your midwife or doctor.

Finally, when you’re in a bout of morning sickness, don’t worry too much about what you’re eating – getting enough energy is more important than a balanced diet at that moment, so if chocolate makes you feel better then go for it! You can always stock up on healthier foods when the sickness has abated a little. Read more other articles about Summa Health and Defence Health.

External Hemorrhoids Treatment – Which Treatments Work And Which Ones Have Failed?

Sunday, May 17th, 2009

External hemorrhoids treatments are of various types. You can get them treated using conventional medicine, or use natural and alternative therapies. I am a firm believer in finding natural solutions to all ailments, but before we talk about hemorrhoids, let us answer the question – what are external hemorrhoids?

External hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed blood veins and capillaries around the anus. They are clearly visible to the ordinary eyes and can vary in sizes depending on their severity. They can vary in sizes from the size of a small pea to the size of a grapefruit.
External hemorrhoids – What causes them?

It is not known for sure but eating too much processed foods does not help matters. Also too much sugar, chocolate, coffee, milk products, pastries and biscuits tends to worsen the situation. External hemorrhoids are different from internal hemorrhoids, which tend to remain in the rectum and invisible to the ordinary eye. It is possible to suffer from either internal or external hemorrhoids or even both.

Hemorrhoids – Which treatments have failed so far?
I once suffered fromexternal hemorrhoids myself, I used the commonly prescribed suppositories and creams, but they did not work for me. If they did it at all it was always for a very short period of time. At one point, I even considered having surgery but the doctor told me that was no guarantee that the hemorrhoids would not return. So why go through the pain of having them surgically removed only for the hemorrhoids to return in 6 months or a couple of years down the line?

external hemorrhoids treatment- Simple strategies that help to relieve the pain.

So what are the simple that you can use at home that will immediately ease the pain?
1. Never strain in the toilet as this would only make things worse.

2. Don’t sit down for too long, an hour at most. Sitting down for too long creates additional pressure on the bottom area. That combined with a sharp pain such as constipation of pregnancy can make things worse. Trust me I know, because I have been there.

3. If you are in serious pain then try sitting in a basin of cold water. This may come as a shock but doing this would help lessen the inflammation and reduce the engorged blood vessels.

4. Never strain in the toilet as this would only make things worse.

5. Take 1 Capsule of milk thistle twice a day to help soften the stool and cleanse the liver.

6. Add herb bilberry to your dietary regimen. It is high in bioflavonoids, which are anti-inflammatory compounds that help relieve external hemorrhoids. If your case is acute, then take 1 capsule of the bilberry every hour until healed.

7. Rub pilewort ointment to the area regularly, twice a day at the start.

Pregnancy Health Concerns – What You Need To Consider About Salt

Pregnancy Health – What You Need to Consider About Salt
By J Franco

It’s astonishing to hear all the talk about the importance of salt during pregnancy with no mention of the fact that not all sources of sodium, or salt, are the same. This is a key consideration for pregnancy health. As far as the body is concerned, there’s no connection between the chemically cleansed sodium chloride table salt you buy at the supermarket, contained in virtually every processed food you buy, and the mineral rich organic sea salt available over the Internet or your local health food store. These minerals are needed more than ever for pregnancy health.

Standard table salt is highly refined, chemically cleansed, and unfriendly to the body. Unrefined sea salt is a naturally occurring complex of sodium chloride, which includes major minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and a host of around 80 essential trace minerals. These are instrumental for pregnancy health.

Although the benefits of consuming these trace minerals are too numerous to list here, the nutrients and minerals found in sea salt help your body preserve blood cells, a major advantage towards insuring pregnancy health.

On your next visit to the market, take a look at the nutritional content on a container of the table salt you typically buy. Now compare that with the label found on a package of unrefined, unprocessed sea salt. One can destroy your health, while the other heals you. Those trace minerals found in unprocessed sea salt are essential for life, and for pregnancy health.

These essential minerals are stripped during the processing used to create the table salt we typically consume in our diets. In fact, potassium iodide has to be added back in to prevent goiter, a thyroid gland problem caused by lack of iodine. The differences are noteworthy for any mother concerned with pregnancy health.

Keep in mind that not all packages labeled “sea salt” are created equal. Look beyond the words “sea salt” on the label for a mineral analysis. Also, look for details assuring it has not been heated nor had chemicals added. Real sea salt is rarely pure white in color. Different coloring, depending on where the salts are harvested from, bode well and are an indication of the salts mineral content. These trace minerals will serve as good insurance towards pregnancy health.

Wednesday, May 13th, 2009

The Hemorrhoids and vitamins, is there any relation between the two, and can a lack of a vitamin or a nutrient contributing to this very painful.

If you have any of hemorrhoids, you are certainly not alone, as this condition is very common among both men and women, and it is estimated that fifty percent of the population will have hemorrhoids once they reach the age of 50, and more than 10 million Americans suffer from them daily.

Hemorrhoid Miracle

The Hemorrhoids are common with pregnancy, such as pressure of the fetus in the abdomen combined with hormonal changes, put pressure on the hemorrhoidal vessels, making them expand.

Hemorrhoids and the pain they cause can be treated very effectively by what you eat and what you fill yourself. Flavonoids, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins C, E and B6, pyridoxine may be a huge help in preventing this painful condition.

Most of all we know and what they feel the hemorrhoids, because most everyone at some point in their life experience, even if it is only provisional. And even if only temporary, they can be very painful.

So what exactly are Hemorrhoids?

There are two basic types of hemorrhoids which are internal and external hemorrhoids and each of these two types.

The internal hemorrhoids are usually not painful at all, because the cavity itself for lack of nerve to feel any pain. The bleeding internal hemorrhoids forms is quite common, however, and some forms will lead to internal hemorrhoids down.

A hemorrhoids down is a form of this internal condition beyond the anus, although usually painless, but can be very irritable in the
they itch, burn, bleed and even if serious. The hemorrhoids down otherwise treated properly can become inflamed and likely to become external.

The external hemorrhoids are the ones that really hurt. The tension can cause the soft shape of this condition outside of the anal cavity, and once it is outside, it can be and usually is, is very painful.

Nerves are now exposed and you may experience swelling, burning itch, as well as bleeding.

Once formed external hemorrhoids, it can turn into thrombosed hemorrhoids, meaning he has now formed a blood clot within it. These forms of this condition now will be blue or purple in color and have lodged just under the skin in the veins of the anus or rectum.

If they become inflamed, they can become quite painful. In most severe cases will require surgery, but in most cases, they can be treated with a warm bath or a warm moist cloth to wash and a cream or topical ointment to relieve the pain.

A Hemorrhoids Sitting May Help Alleviate Hemorrhoids Problems

Saturday, May 9th, 2009

If you have a problem with hemorrhoids, you have probably searched far and wide trying to find relief. Something simple like sitting down at your desk can lead to tremendous pain and cause you to avoid doing things that require you to sit down. If you are looking for a way to relieve some of that pain, read on.

Today, I’m going to go over a method asked a lot about. On top of that, it is good for relieving pain temporarily – a hemorrhoids cushion.

There are several good methods to relieve hemorrhoids, but one of the easiest is using a hemorrhoids cushion want to focus on here is that of using a hemorrhoid cushion while sitting down.

When you are sitting down, a lot of pressure goes on your bottom and furthermore, gravity causes the blood to stay in that region. What happens is that we forget to stand up sometimes and the pressure simply builds and builds there. If you are having a hemorrhoid flare-up, this can aggravate it because of the extra and abnormal pressure.

One of the easiest ways to avoid this is to stand up and stretch frequently during the hour. This is great for relieving pressure and also helps create good circulation in the body. After all, hemorrhoids are highly effected by the intensity of blood pressure placed there for an extended period of time.

A second thing to do is to buy a hemorrhoids cushion, usually in a donut shape that’s comfortable which you may sit on and causes the sphincter muscle to feel less force from your body weight.

There are a lot of varieties of cushions out there so make sure to try out different cushions before deciding which one to get because you will likely be using it to sit for a long time. You can even get a reclining chair which has a built in donut cushion for maximum relief. Remember your health is number one so do not go cheap on this.

Hemorrhoids cushions can be fantastic for those who have suffered from hemorrhoids. Along with a curing system, you can go very smoothly without having to worry. Even during a bowel movement or rectal pressure, you’ll feel greatly relieved from the effects of the cushion.

If you want to know more about treating hemorrhoids naturally, check out H Miracle and see how you can cure your hemorrhoids without surgery virtually overnight.

How To Treat Hemroids Without Surgery-Natural Solutions To Treat Hemroids

Friday, May 8th, 2009

Millions of people worldwide suffer from hemroids and despite this, most sufferers do not know how to treat hemroids. Although they may know how to get rid of the symptoms and may even be completely free of hemroids for short periods of time, unless they understand the root causes, the hemroids will keep returning.

When they appear, many people go and buy the same over the counter treatments which they have bought before, this soothes the hemroids and may even help them reduce in size but then unless behavior or lifestyle is modified and you learn how to treat hemroids, you are very likely to be doing the same thing next month.

Hemroids are enlarged vessels in the rectal area and are fairly similar to varicose veins which are found in the legs. The veins become enlarged and swollen with blood, making the whole area painful, itchy and hot. In some cases, bleeding may occur and when the hemroid is particularly severe the vessel might rupture altogether and bleeding can be profuse.

Left without treatment, some hemroids will heal up by themselves but this is the exception rather than the rule. Most will worsen over time and the sufferer will be in constant pain. It therefore is wise to learn hemroids remedies which are reliable and which are guaranteed to work.

There are a few self-help methods which can be used to cure hemroid symptoms.

* Eat a diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables and fiber

* Sit in a warm bath up to 3-4 times a day

* Apply a cotton wool ball soaked in diluted witch hazel directly to the hemroid

* Treat diarrhea and constipation promptly as both can aggravate hemroids

* Vary your position from time to time-if you work seated for much of the day, get up and move around every hour or so

* Avoid lifting heavy objects as this can place pressure on the veins

* Topical creams such as petroleum jelly and zinc cream can soothe and promote healing

* Drink plenty of water to ensure that stools remain soft

* Avoid hot drinks as these can make the bowel sluggish

* An ice pack wrapped in a clean piece of cloth placed directly on the hemroids can help shrink them

These methods will certainly help treat existing hemroids. However, if you want to be free of the condition completely and stop them returning you need to learn how to treat hemroids once and for all. As the condition is not caused by infections or viruses, it is not simply curable by drugs. A simple system of treatment is required to ensure that you are taking all the right measures.

Hemroids respond very well to good natural treatments and they have been shown to be far more effective in treating the causes of hemroids than surgery and over the counter medication.

If you would like to know how to treat hemroids using methods which have a very high cure rate and get further useful information about this condition, you can find more on the link below. The remedy which I recommend comes with a huge number of testimonials from ex-sufferers plus there are endorsements from health professionals.

In addition, you can claim your free copy of the ebook “What 95% of Hemroid Sufferers Need To Know But Don’t”. You will also find some simple hemroids remedies contained within.

What Are the Causes of Hemorrhoids and What Can You Do To Cure Them?

Friday, May 1st, 2009

What causes hemorrhoids in the first place?

A common misconception of hemorrhoids is that we strain a lot and that causes our veins down there to bleed and suddenly, we have enlarged veins that are suddenly hemorrhoids! This straining can be from bowel movements normally or can even be from child birth in women, too.

This leaves a lot of people wondering: “Did nature just do a blunder here?”

After some intensive research in the world of alternative therapies, I have come to conclude that hemorrhoids are actually our bodies response to imbalances caused by modern day pollutants and practices that our bodies are not designed for.

Let’s take for example processed foods and sugars. Our bodies are not designed for intaking such a high volume of this pollutant.

Examples of overly processed foods that we eat every day include:
- White Flour
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Hydrogenated Oils
- Refined Sugars

Through the course of history, we evolved from eating predominantly hunter/gatherer style foods to processed foods. This was mostly fruits, greens, nuts, fish, and other whole foods, but now these are eaten less often.

Even the original agrarian society foods were closer to what we’re designed for than the mass produced, processed foods of today.

So when we consume all this refined stuff, our stool naturally takes a response to it. We then experience constipation, straining, etc and some of the other root causes for hemorrhoids.

By itself, these elements are not enough to cause it, there’s also the issue of how we regulate and perform bowel movements. Check out section 8 of the H Miracle System and see what I mean on the illustration.

kind of stuff that needs to be reversed immediately to shrink a hemorrhoid regardless of the cause.

So what is a useful action to take?

If you have a hemorrhoid that is bleeding or itching, start with a predominantly vegetarian diet, add sweet potatoes (yams), and start to take refined sugars out of your diet. You only need to do this for a few days while you’re doing the remedy process of H Miracle. Three to four days should be enough.

With the H Miracle process, you only need to be on this strict diet for a few days. Once it is remedied, you can revert fully back to your normal diet. However, you need[/spn] to understand what got you where you are and realize that if you do the exact same things, your hemorrhoids check out the H Miracle System at NaturalHemorrhoidsCure.info and learn how to get rid of hemorrhoids!

Since you will be eating healthy anyways, why not throw in some ab exercises and get the body you have always dreamed of. Hemorrhoids are just another side effect of general unhealthiness so a good healthy lifestyle is a great cure.
