Hi I have hemorrhoids but I would still like to weight lift. Which exact workout is suitable for me?
Sunday, November 29th, 2009Can anyone advice if these workouts are suitable? Some people says you can still exercise as long as you are lying down flat.
Pushup?
Pullup?
Pulldown?
Chin Up?
Bench Press?
Military Press?
Crunches? (does our abs muscle link to our rear?)
Row?
Cycling?
Swimming?
I believe these are out of the questions right?:
Squat
Leg Press
Lunge
Deadlifts
