I just turned 21, and have had hemorrhoids twice in the last year. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

When I have a bowel movement, it comes out in pieces, like it will come out to a point, then just break off. And when it is coming out of my anus, there are these little bumps around my anus. But they are only there when i have a bowel movement. They don’t bleed or itch or any of the usual symptoms ppl have.

So what could this be?

I’m asking because I’ve never had one, but I’m pregnant now and I’m afraid I might. Sorry in advance for this, but I took a crap last night and my butt itched and burned so bad I had trouble falling asleep. Today it still hurts a little.
