Does anyone know if it would be safe to put hemorrhoid cream (like Preparation H) on keloid scars to reduce the swelling and pain? My keloid scars are from heart surgery 3 years ago.

Is it normal to get hemorrhoids when you’ve recently had a colonoscopy? I had my scope last Friday, and yesterday I noticed a bit of a problem, and today it has become worse. There is definitely a hemorrhoid; it is not bleeding…yet. So I guess I have two questions in one: Is the hemorrhoid a result of the scope? and, What can I do to get rid of it because it hurts to clean myself.

Im 18 and i have an external hemorrhoid about the size of a blueberry…I have been taking care of it with prep h…it doesnt hurt anymore unless i tense up my butt lol but I guess what Im asking is if I will have that bump forever…if its normal…and if It will shrink and go back where it needs to be?? and Can I go swimming?

I have had a line of skin between my anus and vagina that’s swollen, painful, and itchy, for a few days now, it doesn’t bother me when I’m having bowel movements or sitting down, but is extremely uncomfortable when I’m standing or moving around. I’ve been using preparation H and it relieves the discomfort but I’m concerned that it may be more than just hemorrhoids, any ideas?
