Another question about hemorrhoids and constipation?

I recently got 2 small hemorrhoids around the rim of my butt. I read somewhere that you shouldn’t sit on the toilet for more than 3-5 minutes and not to strain or else the hemorrhoids could get worse. Is this true? Also, I don’t think I can go without straining within the 3-5 minutes. Any suggestions?
too hard to pick best answer. ill let it go to voting. thanks guys

  1. Straining isn’t helping with hemorrhoids. Are you truly straining 3-5 minutes or taking breaks, reading newspaper…?

Fiber (fruits, vegetables) alone isn’t helping with constipation. You have also drink water. Beside prunes also avocado (1/2 a day) is greatly helping with constipation. In general acid forming foods are causing constipation while alkaline forming foods are preventing it.

As for hemorrhoids - they don’t just go away. Early treatment is the best. Rue Care Oil is a great natural treatment for hemorrhoids.

  2. It is very inportant not to strain. If you can eat as much fiber as you possibly can. Drink plenty of water and only stay on the toilet as long as needed. It is imperative not to rupture those hemmorrhoids because you have lots of germs down there and you could get a nasty systemic infection…

  4. Prunes, prunes, prunes! If you eat two or three prunes everyday you will never have constipation. Likewise if you do not have constipation, the hemorrhoids might just shrink back! Good Luck
