Anus rash after healed hemorrhoid and fissure.
about a month ago i got a fissure and a hemorrhoid at the sametime and after doing all the recommended things they both healed. everything was find for about a week, and now it seems that i have a rash inside and outside my anus. i have to use preparation wipes instead of toilet paper, there’s blood on the toilet paper after wiping but i dont bleed before or during the bowel movement though. it hurts and i have to use vasaline as you would for a baby rash. does anyone have an suggestions? im still waiting for my insurance card and cannot go to a doctor.

Well, from description you have given, I think you have Fissure in Ano.Piles or hemorrhoids can be present with fissures.
You can start having sitz bath i.e sitting in warm water and add some antiseptic solution to it like savlon. This warm bath with relax the spinter.
Apply lidocaine jelly to local area atleast 3-4 times a day after the sitz bath.
Prevent constipation, and preferably take laxatives.
Please get per rectal examintion soon from a surgeon.
