Why would you think that? The urinary tract infection is in your bladder and your hemorrhoid is from your rectum…two total different areas, neither which would cause one to think they were pregnant. However, if you are concerned about pregnancy I would go see a doctor since you need to for the UTI anyway..

They are two totally different problems, and not related exclusively to pregnancy.
