anything over the counter is useless. Talk to a proctologist about a few ointments he has… However your best bet is to get it removed.
Calmoseptine ointment is what he gave me for some pruritis I was having but he told me it works for hemorroids as well. Cooled and definitely made it feel better. Its pretty cheap a huge bottle ordered online is 6 bucks. Interestingly enough when i asked about preparation H, he said one of the only things that is good for is putting it under your eyes at night to prevent darkening and sagging the next day
