   My personal experience has been alternating preparation H and medicated hygiene pads that have witch hazel as the active ingredient. If the hemorrhoid becomes very painful to the point that you cannot have a bowel movement or sit without pain then go to your doctor, as you may have blood clots forming in the ruptured area.

   Hydrotherapy often works to reduce the pain and relax the rectal muscles. Try sitting in a warm bath, or using an extendable shower head on the gentle cycle. Avoid coricosteroids, as this may weaken the area and contribute to more problems. Avoid sitting for long periods of time, and sit on a pillow or cushion when you have to sit on a hard surface.

   External hemorrhoids will not go away on their own. You can get rid of it though surgery. But if you do not prefer surgery, there are several alternatives. You can try some home remedies like herbal cream, lotions or tablets.

   I think your stool is hard. So, use stool softener. If your stool gets softer, you will get a painless bowled movement.

   Hi girlie girl, hemorrhoid cream like preparation H or zenmed ziro is a quick and effective way to relieve hemorrhoids. It contains an active ingredient called hamamelis water. It is an astringent (shrink or constrict body tissue). As a result, the hemorrhoid shrinks and therefore relieving pain and discomfort when the cream is applied on the area.
