bleeding hemorrhoid?
I just want to know when does your hemorrhoid usually bleed? I’ve realized theres really no pattern to it. I could go a few days, to as long as a month without bleeding…I just started taking metamucil daily and im starting to work out because I am over weight which I know does not help the fact that I have a hemorrhoid. Which foods should I be trying to eat to reduce the chance I can have a bad bowel movement that will upset my hemorrhoid?
By the way, I had a doctor look examine me, and he did say it was definitely an external one.

Lots of fruits and vegetables, esp. ripe bananas, spinach, brocolli, cabbage – all the leafy ones. These keep the stool soft and ensure you go regularly, also drink lots of water everyday.

yes, there is no specific pattern of bleeding behavior of piles, however, constipation, straining and occasionally taking drugs like analgesics may increase the bleeding, high fiber diet like vegetables and solid fruits like fresh nearly green apples may help improving bowel movement, taking good amount of water and avoiding thirst is also of help, and at last regulation of passing motion at nearly certain times a day like at morning and after breakfast can decrease the discomfort, but after all don’t hesitate to consult your doctor

Diet rich in fiber helps for regular bowel movement. Also carrot+celery juice in the morning, as well as plum juice. Buy dry plums and cook them, put the plums (without seeds) in food processor and at the end add the water from cooking and drink 3-4 glasses of it every day.
As for bleeding – it generally occurs when hard stool moves through the colon and breaks the veins’ wall.
Since you’re overweight your body pH is most probably acidic, which is also contributing to development of hemorrhoids (beside the extra pressure on the veins). Take colloidal silver to clean the acidity – you will also loose some weight once you get rid of acidity. It will help you with bleeding, as for hemorrhoids I got rid of it with Rue Care Oil.
Good luck!
