can hemorrhoids just disappear by themselves after a while?

They don’t disappear but can shrink in size and not cause troubles for a long time. Hemorrhoids are caused by poor diet which is lacking in fresh fruits and vegetables, fiber and lack of adequate daily water intake. You can go to WebMd and type in hemorrhoids and read up on the recommendation for caring for this condition.
