can hemorrhoids make you physically tired?
I exercise everyday eat basically only fresh fruits and veggies (barely any carbs), but a few days ago I had a awful stomach flu and since then I got hemorrhoids for the 1st time in my life. I am physically tired right now..but since having them I haven’t been exercising, just taking walks. Why don’t I have any energy?
Hemorrhoids usually only make you physically tired as a secondary effect to being in lots and lots of pain. Obviously, that only happens if you’re in lots and lots of pain.
Are you getting enough protein? You’ve just had the flu, your body is trying to recover, and it sounds as though you eat what is normally a very healthy diet. When you’re trying to recover, though, it takes a lot of energy. You may want to consider adding some low fat cheese or yogurt or skim milk or something to each meal. Trying to go without enough protein will make you really tired. If that doesn’t entirely boost you back up, you may want to add some whole grain carbohydrates like brown rice or oatmeal to the mix.
If you’ve checked all of that, your body may be telling you to take a bit of a break. If it goes on for more than a couple of weeks, though, you may want to go see your doctor to rule out any underlying cause.
that’s herpes
