Can I still have sex even though I have a hemorrhoid?

I have a hemorrhoid that is starting to slowly heal.. I basically want to know if its ok to have sex with my boyfriend (vaginal, not anal), even though I still have this hemorrhoid?

It’s been about four days since I got this hemorrhoid by the way…
