Can someone explain internal hemorrhoids and what can be done about them?

Here is a Wiki link that shows pictures and a detailed explanation, to include internal ones. My husband suffers from this and it went untreated for a long time. He ended up becoming anemic and may now face surgery to correct the problem. Good luck!

Hemorrhoids are swollen veins. Eat more fiber or take fiber supplements.

Internal hemorrhoids are swallen veins inside your anal area caused by too much straining, diets or bad postures. Hemorrhoids are also very common with pregnant women and as a matter in fact, my wife had it when she was pregnant.
You should increase your fiber intakes and drink more water to help soften your stool passing.
