can someone tell me is hemorrhoid banding the right thing to do, is it a painful process. and how long dose it take to recover from the banding, i really need a help from a expert because i am not sure if i should do the banding or the regular surgery i don’t think i have a big swollen hemorrhoid plus i have no bleeding or pain just itching. please someone tell me what should i expect from the process how long dose it usually takes and how long dose it take to get back to normal life meaning work, gym. i am also going to The Center of Colorectal help in Beverly Hills CA

There was also mention of injections to destroy the hemorrhoid, but these were for internal hemorrhoids, which I assumed did not apply. I’m sure that if banding hurts, the doctor who performs the procedure will prescribe some pain killers for you.
