Can someone that have rectal warts poop blood?

I know that people that have hemorrhoid poops blood, just not sure about rectal warts.
Also, people that have hemorrhoid are their rectum suppose to itch or anything?

    It could also be an anal fissure. I suggest you go see a doctor.

    Hemorrhoids would be the most common cause of rectal bleeding. Warts occur on the external skin and usually do not bleed.
