Can you get cream or medication for hemorrhoids at the drug store?
The question says it all…any specific brands though?

You can try Preparation-H cream, suppositories and medicated wipes. If the pain is really bad you can put warm compresses on the hemorrhoids. If this doesn’t help then you can go to a proctologist and he can give you an exam and give you some stronger presciption medication to help with the swelling and the pain. Also stay away from spicy foods as this adds to the problem.
