Do I have a hemorrhoid?
I noticed last night that I was bleeding when I wiped. Not a lot, but enough to make me think it was "that time". I ruled that out, and today I just have a little spotting. My BMs are fine and regular, no pain. I thought maybe I have a hemorrhoid, but I’m not sure since I don’t have any pain (anywhere in the gut or butt) or itchiness. Anybody ever have this happen?

It looks like you have a hemorrhoid.
But please please go and see your doctor and have it checked out. I cannot stress this enough

Yup. Remember hemorrhoids can be internal too and don’t always cause pain. A simple trip to your family doctor can confirm what the problem is. I don’t think you need a specialist.

drink more water, eat more fiber, and eliminate milk products from your diet. strain less & see your doctor.

It’s happened to me. You could have a hemmorhoid, but you could probably feel it with your fingers – it’s like a little bump.
To be safe, you should have a rectal exam by a doctor. The doc may recommend a colonoscopy to make sure it’s not something more serious.
