Do I have hemorrhoids or anal fissure?
I can’t go to the doctor, so no one say that please.
I have itchiness, it feels like a rash sometimes, and sometimes I feel like I have to go, but don’t. Large bowel movements make it bleed.
These symptoms lead me to think it’s hemorrhoids. However, I thought hemorrhoids were visible, and nothing is visible. I heard that anal fissures can be mistaken for hemorrhoids. Is there a particular symptomatic difference?

Hemorrhoids can be internal or external.
Fissures are extremely painful during defecation.
