Does haemorrhoid cream really help bags under eyes?
If so is there any specific brand of cream that works best for this ?

Yes – it does – hemoroid cream reduces swelling. While it’s not ‘recommended’ for that use – it will reduce swelling from crying or anything like that under your eyes.
Prep H or the Walmart equivelant will work.

According to scientist – no.
They make lotion that will do that – check your local drug store.
I believe you should never put anything made for your rear on your face. That includes your underwear.
