It&#039;s caused by straining when going to the bathroom add, more water, and fiber to your diet it helps. They don&#039;t make you go.
Anal fissues don&#039;t make you go either. 
You just might have a case of diarrhea and the hemmoroid is more felt and hurts during that time.</description>
