Has anyone tried this before: “wrap your waist in saran wrap and hemorrhoid cream,” to lose inches?

I am curious because I read this as an answer that someone gave here to some weight loss question and I am wondering if it actually worked. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS and be as specific as you can in describing your experience if you have actually tried it. Thank y’all =)

OMG I had forgot all about that! When I was a recruiter,we would have females that were overweight and had to get taped, they would be close,so my station commander would bring them in a couple hours before the tape and do that,it would shrink the skin (only temporary) but yea, it works, but not long term ,only for a few hours

well one thing, how could you losse weight doing that, all it would do is compress the fat making you look thiner….I would say if you want to try it go for it but be careful

It would most likely be a temporary fix. The hemorrhoid cream shrinks blood vestals making them and surrounding skin I suppose look tighter and smaller. It wont be a long term fix.

SARAN WRAP AND A CREAM ? I DONT THINK IT WILL WORK BECAUSE YOU SWEAT AND LOSE THE WEIGHT, THEN YOU DRINK WATER AND IT COMES BACK.. SO SEE WHAT I MEAN??

I know people who have done this, and apparently it’s quite temporary – like, it might work if you need to fit in a dress for a night and need to trim off a tiny bit of excess diameter to squeeze into it, but it’s not a permanent fix by any means.
