My ex boyfriend Benny, had surgery, and he was fine, found it hard to sit down for a month, but then everyone is different.

I have never had that type of surgery, but the doctor that took care of my varicose veins also does a similar treatment for hemorrhoids. He uses laser technology and treatments are done in the office. The brochure says it’s relatively pain free. I do know that he accepts medicare. I will post a link to my doctors site and you can find some good info that might help you in finding what will work best for you. You have been having problems for some time, and it’s probably time to get this issue taken care of.

Two decades ago.
The problem was painful, the operation I slept through.
The recovery was "a pain in the ass" no pun intended.
In general, don’t do surgery if there is a reasonable alternative. In my case there was not.
My insurance paid for most of it.
The cost and details of the surgery are irrelevant since it was so long ago.

Never had that surgery. I am capable of making a perfect azz of myself without the help of a doctor.
