i really dont wanna tell my mom because she will tell everyone, so can someone just give me some home remedies and advice

well they feel like a piece of glass stuck between your butt cheeks. are you positive you have it? and if you do i recommend preparation h and tuck’s medicated health pads

This may sound goofy, but stop eating sugar!!! Hemorrhoids are inflamed veins in the rectum; sugar causes inflammation. Every day you stop eating sugar you will see your hemorrhoids get better.
