hemorrhoid?

I have itching on the area between my vagina and anus. It only itches after I wipe there, and it looks like there may be a bump there. Is this a hemorrhoid? How do you cure this, because it is driving me mad after I wipe.
Other Info: virgin, just started period, not any yeast infection or anything, I wipe the correct way (front to back)

    It’s a boil, a form of pimple. Need a week or so to heal.
