use the cream to put it back in–you need to see a doctor as they will only get worse and painful–mabe they have something new now to treat them but in the past it eventually led to surgery–if you are bleeding that will also get worse

Doc first then cream and then push push push.. it’s painful as hell but once your able to push it back in the pain kindda gets better but it will be sore for a couple of days

Also if you will try some hot Epsom salts bath it will help a great deal. Then use the cream that will help too. Between the two it helps a lot the epsom salts takes some of the swelling down. I have a friend who had the surgery and that was the worse thing she ever had. So if you can keep from having it that is best.
