I constantly had constipation or hard stools. There were times that the pain felt crippling. Sometimes i would even have pain when im sleeping and it would just come on all the sudden. First it would start in the rectal area and even move into my legs. I guess it was because of the nerves in that area or the body. always get checked by a doctor first and if you do have them.
