hemorrhoid question?
I had this hemorrhoid like a month and a half ago, it was big and it hurt, now it doesn’t hurt anymore and it shrinked, but it’s still there!! It is like a little lump in my butt. I am 25 and I don’t know what to do. Has anybody had a similar experience?
And, is it going to stay that way forever if i don’t do anything about it(it is not painful but still, to have a lump in your butt….)?

Hemorrhoids also known as "piles" are varicose veins of your anus. Much of the time, they will shrink. If the lump does not bother you—does not hurt or itch and there is not pain, then I would not do anything.
Eat plenty of fiber. If you can’t eat enough in your diet, then add Fiber con capsules. You take them at night. The goal is to have BM’s that are soft, and where you do not have to strain.
Many cases of Hemorrhoids are due to excess pressure with straining. It causes these anal varicose veins to pop out.

these are bulging veins in the rectum. Don’t strain when having a BM, don’t get constipated, you can use somethin like Anusol for relief.
