Hemorrhoid reaction… good or bad?

I’ve been finding that after I use the bathroom and wipe with a wet-wipe I burn really badly (note I’ve been using wipes for several years). Lately I’ve been seeing blood as well when I wipe… After doing some research online I thought it may be hemorrhoids so I bought some Preparation H w/Aloe. I used it last night and when I used the bathroom this morning there was ‘alot’ more blood than usual. Is this what happens when you use the H or did my bottom get more irritated? Thanks, and sorry for the details…

Causes of Hemorrhoids Overview and Introduction:
Hemorrhoids, or less frequently, piles, are the terribly tender lumps of blood-swollen tissue that result from one or more the anorectal veins swelling with blood beyond its capacity to "snap back".
All hemorrhoids are basically caused by excessive strain on the veins in and around the anorectal area.
Genetics has a role to play as well, since some are born with a predisposition to weak venous tissue and valve walls. Those born with such a genetic tendency are advised to take more care, as hemorrhoids can be a continuing problem for them.

There are some cases of preparation h not working well. Not that i’m dissing prep h or anything but my wife had used it to no suceess in the past.

What my wife used was natural methods in the end which included increasing water and fiber intakes. Soaking in warm water baths for about 15 mins daily and using witch hazel. It has worked better than creams for her.

The methods i mentioned are tipped by a package i found online called h miracle which is recommended here http://www.bestnaturalhemorrhoidstreament.com and there’s plenty of info about hemorrhoids there as well.

Hope that you have found this helpful to you in some way.
