Hemorrhoid relief??????????????
I am a 16 year old boy and I have very painful hemorrhoids. Two of them are swelled up a lot and tend to bleed. I tried hemorrhoid cream and hot baths but nothing worked. I can`t go to the doctor because my parent say we are on a tight budget. What can I do to get rid of the hemorrhoids?

You need to make sure you get more fiber in your diet and that will make you go easier and the hemorrhoids will heal. Also try drinking more water.

Increase the amount of dietary fiber in your diet. Substitute whole wheat bread for white bread, eat oatmeal or raisin bran for breakfast. Try to not strain while having a bowel movement. You could also try taking a stool softener such as Colace (docusate sodium). I work in maternity and most women use Tucks(witch hazel) pads and dibucaine for pain relief as a topical ointment.

Have you tried increasing your water consumption and fibre intake. If you have tried that you should try a natural home remedy.
