Hemorrhoids?
I have hemorrhoids, stage 2 – the vein comes out when I poo, then gets in and not come out until the next time. No bleeding, no pain.
Can I heal it myself somehow without having a surgery? Or at least stop it to get worse? What can I do?
P.S. My bowel movement is good. I do it everyday. Sorry for the disgustig subject.

Try some over the counter creams like preparation h and use it ever time you go poo. This can shrink swelling in hemorrhoids, I would also use the wipes that they also make and they would be less irritating on the bum than toilet paper.
