Well if it is hemmoroids they will ease up if you use preparation H. It is difficult to say. If you have had unprotected anal sex then it is definitely quesionable. You should see a dr. You are going to have to suck it up and talk to a dr man. If they start bleeding then they are hemmoroids. They can be easily fixed they just put little rubber bands on them and they dry up and fall off. If they are blisters from a STD you will need some kind of meds for it.
