Hemorrhoids?
Is it common to get hemorrhoids at a young age? I’m only 20 and sometimes when I have a bowel movement.. my anus gets really irritated. It’s only happened a few times but it was completely uncomfortable. If it was hemorrhoids.. would it be a reoccurring problem?

That may not be hemorrhoids. If you injure yourself in elimination and it stays uncomfortable for a couple of days at least -ok, it may be hemorrhoids. Then use Nupercainal (MUCH better than Preparation H ) suppositories. You can Also use Nupercainal cream for surface irritation but the suppositories work on repairing the problem not just soothing the pain like cream. But all injuries to the anus aren’t hemorrhoids. The skin of your anus can "split" – anal fissures. You need more water and fiber in your diet to allow time for the healing.

If it was hemorrhoids, they will come back if you dont do anything. It will just get worse. So you should see a doctor, or get over the counter hemorrhoid cream if it is hemorrhoids.

you can get them at any age. i have them and i know how you feel. just drink alot of liquids, and eat plenty of fiber to keep your bowels loosen, or you can take dulcolax stool softening pills, they help to keep your stool soft, it doesnt make you go, just makes it easier to go.
