ok when i do pup something comes out but when i stand up it goes away. no pain , no bleeding.
the problem is i have 4 days i dont go the bathroom i put my finger and if feel really tight like its swollend. notting comes out i took a prune juice like 1/2 gallon and just the juice came out not the hard stuff. im planning to go to the doctor soon … any advice for me.

Use a sitz bath and put some lavender oil in it and thenuse the cream that the doctor gives u.

You’re constipated. Use a stool softener or laxative. A really good one is Miralax. It’s pretty gentle and works really well. Take it twice a day until you have a bowel movement.
