Herpes Hemorrhoid Fissure question?
How would one treat the itch and pain of both the above all at the same time? Do you think tea tree oil would be ok – could you still use tucks or preparationH or would they just make the herpes worse? Is Hydrocortisone anti itch ok for the sores – (all sores in the same region as the fissure) – Valtrex is being taken now – lastly, what would you recommend to fix the fissure without surgery? Don’t say, "see a doctor" because that will not happen until patient is clear of herpes sores do to the humiliation factor – just looking for possible help until then. Thanks.

For hemorrhoids and fissure you can use Rue Care Oil.
You should also define the cause of your hemorrhoids and treat this one as well. Check te below links for more information.

Increase your valterx. You can first avoid 1/2 the problem by getting herpes under control. My Dr said if one pil a day didnt work we would bump it to 2, then, 3 then4, so on. 1000mg a day is enough for me. After you get taht issue down, you can deal with the other. 80 oz of water a day and rich fiber diet, in addition to local analgesics .
