Hi I have hemorrhoids but I would still like to weight lift. Which exact workout is suitable for me?

Can anyone advice if these workouts are suitable? Some people says you can still exercise as long as you are lying down flat.

Pushup?
Pullup?
Pulldown?
Chin Up?
Bench Press?
Military Press?
Crunches? (does our abs muscle link to our rear?)
Row?
Cycling?
Swimming?

I believe these are out of the questions right?:
Squat
Leg Press
Lunge
Deadlifts

    What you can do depends on the degree of prolapse you are suffering, so without looking at your anus I couldn’t say. See the Wiki page for more information, and read up on the Alexander Technique, which will inform you about the best (and most sensible) way to use exercise and improved muscle tone to help you out with those grapes of yours. Bottom line (no pun intended) is "proceed with caution".
