They will go away. Being pregnant causes a lot of pressure down there if you also have a hard stool it makes it worse. Keep it real clean use prepertion h take warm baths keep your stools soft and don't avoid going potty cuz you think it will make it worse. Mine get big when I have to have a movement and don't go.
