Get more fiber into your diet, drink more water (essential for the fiber to do what it’s supposed to do), try not to sit down so much (move around more, get more exercise)… and don’t sit too long on the toilet. And when you have a bowel movement, I’d recommend using moist wipes if you don’t want to use the shower or have a bidet to clean the area every time.
