How can I stop these hemorrhoids?

I just started having pain about 3 days ago. So far I have tried everything I could find…
-Sitting In Warm Baths (doesn’t really help)
-Prep H (doesn’t really help)
-Laying Down (doesn’t really help)
I just want them to go away already. I’m pretty sure I got them from being Irregular, so I started eating Active and taking a Fiber supplement. What can I do to get rid of them?

    Witch Hazel works for me. Also, and this might sound bizarre, but let an ice cube melt down to about the size of a bullet and insert it.

    if your symptoms persist you should really call a doctor.
