If the pain persists you should have a colonoscopy, or the less evasive flexi- sigmoidoscopy which only checks the lower half of the colon where hemorroids generally occur. Any hemorroids can be treated easily either by special cremes or supossitories, but in some cases minor surgury may be needed if they are especially enlarged or constantly painful or bleeding. Have you any idea what brought these hemorroids on? Do you do a lot of heavy lifting or are you very overweight?

You should DEFINITELY get that checked out. That doesn’t sound good. I don’t know if it’s a hemorrhoid, but it still doesn’t sound healthy. Or comfortable.

Many anorectal problems, including fissures, fistulae, abscesses, anal melanoma or irritation and itching, also called pruritus ani, have similar symptoms and are incorrectly referred to as hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are usually not dangerous or life threatening. In most cases, hemorrhoidal symptoms will go away within a few days.
Although many people have hemorrhoids, and hemorroidial radiation, not all experience symptoms. The most common symptom of internal hemorrhoidial radiation is bright red blood covering the feces, on toilet paper, and/or in the toilet bowl. However, an internal hemorrhoid may protrude through the anus outside the body, becoming irritated and painful. This is known as a protruding hemorrhoid.
Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus that results when a blood clot forms. This condition is known as a thrombosed external hemorrhoid.
In addition, excessive straining, rubbing, or cleaning around the anus may cause irritation with bleeding and/or itching, which may produce a vicious cycle of symptoms. Draining anal mucus, produced by the dentate line may also cause itching.

After a bowel movement, do you notice red blood on your stool or on your toilet paper? If you do, you may have hemorrhoids. But it sounds alarming to me that you have a painful lump near the area. I think you should seek medical attention just in case. If it’s really difficult for you to see a doctor, I would suggest increasing fiber, fruit, and vegetable intake for a week and see if there’s any difference.

Hemorrhoids are lumps right around your butt hole. (Forgive my bluntness, I used to work at a nursing home so I’ve seen a lot of them and am completely desensitized!) They are tender and CAN bleed, but don’t necessarily bleed (they mostly bleed on elderly people, really overweight people, and occasionally women who are pregnant…because they’re often prone to hemorrhoids).
You probably don’t need medical attention unless they become really bloody and/or infected…or if you have trouble sitting down or living your daily life doing normal things.
Basically, they’re uncomfortable when they flare up, ya buy OTC cream that calms it down (or herbal remedies which can work REALLY well), and then you go on with life.

Im no doctor…but that could be minor case of hemorrhoid developing. You might need to go see your doctor before it gets worse.
Here also is the case of a lady with severe symptoms of this caliber, see her story here perhaps this could be helpful to you or any other persons with similar symptoms.
Read her shocking story here-
