How can you tell between syphilis and a hemorrhoid.?
How do you tell the difference. They both look the same. Any ideas?
No bullshit answers. I saw two pics and they looked the same to me ok?

Well I dont know about syphillis but the most common hemorrhoids piles symptoms are:
