  5. Well you can’t really cure them usually, especially while pregnant. But you can use the Tucks pads, which have witch hazel in them which causes the blood vessels to constrict, and that will give you some relief. Also you can take a sitz bath. Put a couple inches of really hot water in the tub and sit in there for about 20 minutes. Do that a few times a day.

  6. Sitz bath with Epsom salts. Make the water has hot as you can bear and just deep enough to cover your behind. Also take a stool softener or consume some prune juice to help make your bowel movements as easy to pass as possible. You can also get a prescription strength treatment from your doctor that is similar to Preparation H. Barring all that you can get them surgically dealt with however your doctor won’t recommend this until after you are all done having babies. Because you’ll only get them again next pregnancy.

  8. The worst thing about haemorroids (or ‘piles’) is the pain caused by swelling, so you really need to address this issue first. My own personal approach is to have three ’sitz’ baths each day; that’s a few inches of warm water, sit down, wash the affected area with face soap or something gentle, and then (here’s the nasty bit) add some water to a teaspoon of salt and apply it to the area. Works better than anything I’ve found in stores! I do this after a bowel movement, and then insert a suppository like Preparation H or your local generic drugstore brand. This ensure that you don’t rip the wound and infect it, thus making it worse and more painful. Good luck!

  10. There are multiple ways to cure or minimize hemorrhoids. Such as: home remedies, natural remedies etc. But

these are not proved to cure hemorrhoids, these can mitigate your pain.

Some effective methods to shrink hemorrhoids:

    1. The world famous Sitz bath hemorrhoid treatment is one of the best.

    2. Treatment with herbs and natural ingredients. This group of Hemorrhoids treatment may be a bit harder to

apply or make up and, may be more costly to buy.

    3. Keeping Hemorrhoids away requires attention to fiber, diet, exercise.
