Use topical ointments with hydrocortisone or witch hazel with a numbing effect.
Keep anus clean, wash everyday with plain water (soap may irritate it).
Apply ice packs to anus to relieve swelling.
Don’t use dry toilet paper, use moist toilettes.
Soak in warm water several times/day.
If it starts to bleed, see your MD

You possibly won’t get rid of it, but make sure you do not strain at all other wise you could make it bigger. Keep you bowels soft so as not to strain.
