How do you deal with having both diarrhea & bloody hemorrhoids @ once (don’t mean to be gross)?
But it’s very difficult. I can barely wipe my anus. It’s burning & bleeding.

Every time you have a BM wash your anus and put some vaseline on it or antibacterial ointment, anything that will coat it.
Gold Bond powder may help, instead of the ointment, but it feels burny when first applied.
go to the doctor first of all. you’ve probably got a stomach virus. vick’s vapor rub works pretty good on hemorrhoids but if they are bleeding you probably need help.
You should seek help from a physician. I used Imodium(OTC) for my diarrhea and hemorrhoid cream for my hemorrhoids. You can buy this @ most pharmacies.
