Sitz baths are used as a form of pain relief and local cleansing for people who suffer hemorrhoids.A sitz bath is is where you get in the bath and you immerse you bottom and hips in cool or warm water it will decrease the inflammation of hemorrhoids.Simply add salt or baking soda to the water and soak yourself for 30 minutes it cleans the effected area and relieves the pain.

Buy the vitamin biorutin, get the name brand Natures Plus, this will help your blood vessels most vitamin tores and health food stores have it or can getr it or online vitaminshoppe.com and others have it. Friend used to get operations and turned her on to this plant and has no problems now. The Prep H stuff is good, but you can also go to the doctor and get the type suppositories the Swiss make with the low dose steriods and probably others for it and that is a quick fix, So see the doctor. Also lay with a pillow or two under your two legs and elevate them, will take the presure off them
but what is the problem, if constipation I suggest you take 2-3 of the stool softener dulcolax, if cost is a problem you can get the pharmacist to give you the type they have in bulk as it is just docusate sodium 100 mg and then take Miralax each day until you are ok. You can buy it now in the stores, but the best deals are at the ‘clubs" as they sell a double pack for about the same as a single at the other stores. This should help. Have a great 2009!

I haven’t come across a way to get rid of a hemorrhoid fast, though you can relieve the pain quickly with a home remedy like ice or any witch hazel wipes or preparation H you have.
As for trying to get rid of the hemorrhoid, I’ve tried Venapro and Neo Healar. The latter didn’t really do me any good after the first couple of days, but Venapro seemed to help a little… it was just too expensive for me to continue using it. I’ve heard about the H-Miracle home remedy… I might try that to see if it’ll work.

Applying icepack, apply hemorrhoid cream, drink lots of water and increase the fiber intake through fiber rich food, keep the affected clean and dry, take shower regularly, hemorrhoids cushion can also be immensely helpful to get rid of the pain quickly.
