Well lets see, my oldest child is almost 8 so… nearly 8 years. You can see a dr. and they will tell you the best way to care for yours in particular and even remove them for you.

Witch hazel pads help shrink them. They’re in the Preparation H section of the store.

Try sitz bath (sitting in warm water).
They last for several weeks. Can return if you become constipated and have a difficult time having a B.M.

I dont think you can make them go away faster, but if you are in real pain there is medication other than Preparation H that really helps, but you will need a prescription for it… its called Proctofoam. During the last month of pregnancy I couldnt sit because of them… until I used this thing.
