Depends on you and if you are aggravating it again and again. It won’t be instantly so don’t think that. It does work.

end of the day. hopefully you do not have a physical job and can take it slow. it works, long time sufferer. just be careful. streatching, running those will aggravate the condition.
I’ve heard that vicks vapor rub actually helps to shrink it in days and is very soothing supposedly.
Forever. Go to a doctor and get some prescription cream and/or suppositories.
