But on the other hand that sounds more like non-rubberband-treatable fissures instead of hemoroids. In any case if it's just at the muscle it is a hard place to cure. But there sure are creams (for instance Sheriproct) that helps and may reduce them a bit. But the ultimate solution is to eat much more fibre.
