How to get rid of hemorrhoids?
I have been with my boyfriend 2 1/2 years and I am mainly bottom. Our love life used to be based around anal but over the last 5 months I have had hemorrhoids which I can’t get rid of and are sometimes sooooo painfull.
We left it for a few months and then went back to it thinking that they had gone but within a few days they were back. Its destroying our love life so how can I get rid of them, or is there a way of continuing as normal with them?

Cream for them when irritated, They are swollen veins and anal sex will aggravate and irritate, Best not to do anal any more. You have a permanent weakness there.

don’t underestimate the power of the epsom salt sitz bath. and there’s conventional this and that so see a doctor, but i attribute the epsom salt sitz bath, as perplexing as it seemed, as really effective. applying something’s a great idea – a medication might reduce swelling and lubricate it – but even a touch of olive oil is better than nothing.

You need to go to your GP about them. You will probably get given cream which should help. If they go on for too long you can them operated on to get rid of them. Just go to the doctor and tell them what effect they are having on your life and they will help you. If they still havnt gone in time dont just persevere and grit your teeth go back to the doctor and teel you want something done about them. Good luck.

Unfortunately- Surgery is the only route to get rid of them permanently. There are only creams and ointments to make them feel better.

If your hemorrhoids are large and inflamed, and causing substantial problems not only with sex but with elimination, as well — you really might want to investigate having surgery to have them removed.
It WILL fix the problem but I’ll warn you — convalescing from anal/rectal surgery is a bit "rugged" (and BE SURE to take stool softeners at least a couple of times daily while recovering).
